Q. Can I Track my Shipment?

A. Yes, if you paid through Paypal, you will receive an email with tracking info. I will also update your order in our store with all tracking info.


Q. I made a mistake in my order! Can I fix it?

A. E-mail us at sales@myrtlebeachshirts.com with the changes to your order immediatly. We can not guarantee that the changes will be made as our orders are shipped quickly after order is placed.


Q. Do you offer catalogs?

A. Because of our constanly changing products, we do not offer a catalog at this time and only sell VIA our Secure online store.


Q. Do you do Custom Shirts?

A. We offer custom shirts for individuals businesses, Family reunions and Sports teams. E-mail us with your ideas and we will let you know if it is possible for us to accomodate your request.


Q. Do your shirts shrink?

A. The majority of our shirts are Heavyweight 50/50 and do not shrink. Our shirts that are 100% cotton may shrink about half a size when washed.


Q. I placed my order days ago and I still have not received confirmation. Why is that?

A. Our system automatically sends an E-mail confirmation when we receive an order. If you have entered an incorrect email adress or if your email account blocks outside emails from sales@myrtlebeachshirts.com you may never get information about your order.


Q. What types of payments do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal and Credit Cards through Paypal, Google check-out and Checks or Money Orders.


Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes, however orders must be paid through Paypal only with a confirmed address. See our list of Countries we ship to in our Shipping Policies.


Q. How long does it take for International orders to arrive?

A. In most cases International orders will arrive in 10-14 business days. However, some countries vary depending on their respective mail authorities.


Q. When I do a search for items, nothing shows up, Why?

A. Make sure you have "Search all Categories" chosen.


Q. Will the transfers in the 'TRANSFERS ONLY' category work with a regular iron?

A. NO! you must have access to a commercial quality Heat Press to use these transfers.


Q. When I'm in Check-out, it says 'Unfortunately we are unable to ship to this location'

A. 1) Make sure you only type in a 5 Digit zip code. 2) It will say this if a foreign address. Email us for shipping to Foreign Address.
