Merchandise may be returned for store credit, exchange or full product refund within 10 days of when you recieved them. ITEMS FROM OUR "ON SALE CATEGORY" ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE. We will not except any worn or washed products. All items must be in original packaged condition. Merchandise exchanged for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or a work order error, will incur normal shipping charges when we reship item to you which can be Paid by Paypal or include Check with returned item. If you request a refund that is not due to a manufacturing defect or work order error, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise only(not shipping). Before refund, exchange or store credit is issued, you must first e-mail us to recieve an RMA number. E-mail is: sales@myrtlebeachshirts.com.
RMA number must be put on the outside of package being returned.
Please return your merchandise by United States Postal Service. We recommend insuring return products in case package is lost in transit. If your package does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER MUST BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED.
